Education is a key part of the Humane Borders mission. We're a nonpartisan humanitarian group that has a firsthand, "boots on the ground" perspective on what's happening in the Arizona borderlands. We're at the border every day, and we've been doing this work for almost 25 years. We are recognized as a trusted, credible source for those who are interested in going beyond politics to understand what's happening at the border.

Journalists are encouraged to reach out to us for a comment, interview, or to join us on a future water run. Email is the preferred method for requests that are not time sensitive.

For reporters on deadline, please email and call, and let us know the nature of the topic and your deadline. We'll do our best to accommodate your request ASAP, though please keep in mind that we are often in the desert with no access to cell service.
